The current flatmate is going to move out on the 20 NOVEMBER, 2014 because she is completing her university studies. The weekly rent for the room is $300 for one person, however, the weekly rent for the room is $360 if a couple or two friends are sharing the room. The rent covers internet, power, water, swimming pool, gym, toilet tissue, rubbish sacks, laundry and dishwashing detergents. Also sheets, pillows, duvets, towels available. A DISCOUNT IS GIVEN IF SEVERAL WEEKS RENT IS PAID IN ADVANCE. YOU CAN HAVE A TRIAL FOR ONE WEEK AT THE NORMAL PRICE BEFORE DECIDING ABOUT THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY. You need to do your own meals or eat out. We could consider occasional shared cooking. Everybody looks after the home (cleans, takes rubbish out etc) to keep it nice and tidy.
