The Pink Room will be available on the 31 OCTOBER, 2014 and the Blue Room will be available on the 20 NOVEMBER, 2014. The students are going to complete their university studies so they are leaving Auckland and therefore new flatmates are needed. The weekly rent for a room is $300 for one person, however, the weekly rent for a room is $360 if a couple or two friends are sharing the room. The rent covers internet, power, water, swimming pool, gym, toilet tissue, rubbish sacks, laundry and dishwashing detergents. Also sheets, pillows, duvets, towels available. You need to do your own meals or eat out. We could consider occasional shared cooking. Everybody looks after the home (cleans, takes rubbish out etc) to keep it nice and tidy. There is a window cleaner coming in to do the windows separately. Please text or email me if you need further information.All nationalities welcome. Short term tourists also welcome. MIGHT SUIT A COUPLE ON A HOLIDAY.NO SMOKERS BECAUSE OF ASTHMA.
